How do you like SuperNova? I saw a demo of their 4gl tool, and while it was
nice having 4gl apps running on a PC, I thought their current architecture was a
bit complex (they had to run 4J on a sco box, then capture the screen commands
and send that to the PC, if I understood correctly what was going on). I also
found it odd that they chose to implement the ring menus as buttons aligned
vertically on the side, rather than at the top of the window. I'm particularly
interested in any technology that will take completely native 4gl code and
produce something that will run cleanly in a windows gui manner, while
maintaining the general flow of the familiar 4gl (oh yeah, and is not
interpreted code).
