ontape or on-archive question

When doing an archive with either of these utilities and doing automatic log backups, can the level-0 archive and log backups go to the same tape? At what point do I change the tape? Here is a scenario. We are an 8-5 shop. Currently we do not back up logical logs but now we need to. Everyday I change the tape for the backup. The problem is that the level-0 archive happens at 1AM. I need to change the tape between 8-5. So my question is if this is going to work: 1AM -level 0 backup to tape -> after backup is complete turn on onautovop to automatically backup logs to the same tape where level0 was performed. 1PM - stop onautovop and change the tape.-> start onautovop again to back up logical log files until the level 0 at 1AM. 12:59AM stop onautovop- do the 1AM thing. We are assuming that the tape is large enought to keep all data and logs. We have a 70GB DAT. Any ideas?
You could backup your logical logs to disk to resolve this issue.
