I couldn't get unzip, or info-zip or any kind of UNIX extraction to work. I was able to use win-zip to extract at least some of the files. I don't recall if the win-zip failed with the checksum error mentioned or if the subsequent steps failed because of missing files. Intraware was no help at all with this. I sent a detailed message telling step by step what had been done (including the failed attempt with info-zip) and their reply was, "We use info-zip." Plain and simple, short and sweet. I like that in an answer. carlos
