IDS 9.4 onbar lev 0 question......
Hi everyone. Ok. Brain dead question....While an onbar lev 0 archive is
running can users still access the database that is being backed up?

Yes. Informix was the very first RDBMS to implement real 'online'
archiving and to make it work. That was why the original Informix 4.0
engine was call 'Informix Online'! (Of course it was broken and didn't
always work correctly until v5.08 in 1994 but I won't quibble since at
that point no other RDBMS had yet gotten it working at all at that point.)
