Hi Everyone, Which file needs to be changed on AIX 5.1(9.3 UC3) for memory parameters, is it "/etc/system" but it does not exist on unix box. SHMTOTAL is set to 0 in ONCONFIG, but the total memeory does not exceed 2GB although we have 4GB of ram, could not find any info. Any idea ? Thanks in advance, Sushil... _________________________________________________________________ The new MSN 8: smart spam protection and 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail
hi, sushil About usage of memory, you should check if UC3 is 64 bit version, if it's 32bit version , it may cause some problem that server can't utlize memory more than 2.3G. chen -----Original Message----- From: forum.subscriber@iiug.org [mailto:forum.subscriber@iiug.org] On Behalf Of Li Jingjing....
