Yes. But it doesn't tell you a lot. It's a crash in the tlitcppoll thread (context mem means a SIGSEGV or SIGBUS). If you want to know if this is a known problem you should talk to tech support and send them the /tmp/af.3f728e9 file. This is where the details, most of all a stack trace, should be. The "semctl: errno = 22" is a follow up problem caused by the crash. You can ignore that.
