And presumably, you are using I4GL 6.01.UC1 too? Are you quite sure about that version? Because the first official release was 6.01.UD1; the 6.01.UC1 release was supposed to be withheld because of a minor packaging problem, and was replaced by 6.01.UD1. However, it wouldn't be totally unheard of for someone to have 6.01.UC1. I just rebuilt the web kit for Solaris 2.5.1 and icgi_getnvalue() is put in the libraries automatically. I can't see anything which includes it conditionally. Do you know which version of the software you have? Can you call icgi_getvalue? Are you using the a p-code interpreter? If so, are you using one with the CGI functions in it? If none of the information above helps you resolve your problem, then I would like to see the output of the commands below: cd /tmp ar tv $INFORMIXDIR/lib/tools/lib4glcgi.a ar xv $INFORMIXDIR/lib/tools/lib4glcgi.a icgigetvalue.o nm icgigetvalue.o rm icgigetvalue.o > We have go to the Informix Site (http://www.informix.com) and there it > talks of this function.
