Your product installation of IDS 7.30.UC6 should have generated the following messages and logical links. It did when I ran it on my AIX 4.2.1 system. Installing Shared Libraries in System Directories ... Linking /usr/lib/ismdd07b.so from lib/ismdd07b.so Linking /usr/lib/iosm07a.so from lib/iosm07a.so Linking /usr/lib/ipldd07a.so from lib/ipldd07a.so Did the product installation complete?
