At their Partner Conference when they announced the Linux port, I asked this question and was told that they do not consider Linux to be a mission-critical platform, so they trimmed out all those "features" they consider to be needed for mission-critical deployment. This includes replication, IECC support, OnBar/ISM, and a few other odds & ends. Dave

(There's really no other name to use for a current OnLine release that does not have Universal Server extensions other than IDS).
