Perhaps you have something simple, but I'm currently struggling with an annoying bug: I can initially display a 24x80 form once, but if I then try to display another on top of it, I get that error. (Even if I try to display the very same form with a new name!) If I trim it to 79 cols, all is well (and it uses 79 cols), but it really needs to be the full 80.
