You have got one session holding most of those locks. The owner
is1409966a0. This value does not map to the onstat -g sql output. You need
to map the owner from onstat -k to the address in onstat -u. The session
from onstat -u can then be used in onstat -g ses/sql.

you have problem in application with update statement,
if you make update lot of records in one transaction you will get this
message because in shared memory is defined maximum # of locks
developers have to make short transaction or you can increase # of
locks but when you get more records in table you'll have same problem
