Current IDS Version?

How does one find the most current version of Informix? Recently, when I asked about upgrading, and referred to fix pack XC10, some folks let me know that XC11 is now out (I do appreciate that some folks took the time to let me know). But, I'm wondering how one can actually determine the current version, without depending on the "kindness of strangers" :). The Informix Infocenter doesn't appear to be current. Hi David, As of a few moments ago, it's still the case that 12.10.xC11 is only available via Passport Advantage, not Fix Central. You may have seen my other post asking where the release notes are. Without these the contents of the release are a bit of a mystery and I don't feel confident putting it in production. I used to find out when updates were available via the weekly IBM My Notifications which I am still signed up to. Since November these updates have dwindled to a trickle with just a couple of emails this year on Feb 25th and May 20th, both lightweight on content. These also used to include a list of recently discovered defects which occasionally was very useful. I assume HCL reads this forum. It would be good to know: - when 12.10.xC11 will be uploaded to Fix Central. - when the web site will be updated with the release information. - what, if anything, replaces the IBM My Notifications system or whether it be put to full use again.
