Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Hello,
I've been writting a web interface for our database and I just started
getting these errors.
SQL ERROR =
-329
Database not found or no system permission.
ISAM ERROR =
-13
Permission denied
the user is http and I've given it temporarily for testing dba access; doing a
dbschema it shows that http is a dba and there are no revoke statements.
I get this error from both the web browser and when in isql as user http.
The interesting thing and this is what stumps me is that I've copied my
profile and .login to the http home directory and I still get the same errors
with http user but everything is identical to my settings and it works when I
login.
I know that the dbpath is set correctly but don't know what else to try.
May I ask one more I'm sure simple question when any user tries to access the
database or use isql in a directory other than that stated in the dbpath we get
the following error
224: Cannot open transaction log file.
120: ISAM error: cannot open log file.
TIA,
Brent
