onmode -b option not listed

I am testing a fix to the issue (my previous post today) we find in our
production install of informix 12.10.FC6. I have installed 12.10.FC7W1WE on a
test HP-UX ia box. How do I revert this instance to 12.10.FC6 in order to
restore with a production archive. My options with onmode -b are:
Use 'onmode -b 12.10' to revert to versions 12.10.xC1, 12.10.xC2, or 12.10.xC3.
For more information refer to Section II of IBM Informix Migration guide.
The 12.10.xC7 Migration Guide says:
To run the reversion utility, type
onmode -b verson_number
Does this mean I can do a:
'onmode -b 12.10.xC7' even if this is not a listed option? Or will the
'12.10.xC3' option work to revert to xC3 and all higher versions?
If you are going to be restoring an .FC6 archive, you don't need to revert
the existing test instance. Just shut it down, change INFORMIXDIR back to
point to the .FC6 installation directory, and begin the restore using the
.FC6 ontape/onbar.

Hello, Murali.
Yes, you can. The versions mentioned in manual are just simple examples.
Please advice if you have any further issue.
Hope it helps
