Need to reduce table partition/fragmentation time

Hello, Currently we have 10 million record in a table and approximately it takes 2 hour for partition. Our question is how we can reduce this time (partition time) Thanks

Our question is how we can reduce this time (partition time) " I have much larger fragmented tables and can load them using HPL (High Performance Loader) at about 1 million rows a min. Depending on you row size and data compression I'd think you could load your rows in less than 15 min.
