In Informix << Adminstrator reference>> book, It tells me that the table sysprofile in sysmaster contains columns such as llgrecs, llgpagewrites, llgwrites and it wrote: llgrecs: Logical-log records llgpagewrites: Logical-log writes llgwrites: Logical-log page writes 1.What does "llgpagewrites: Logical-log wirtes" mean ? Does it mean the total number that database writes in the log buf in memory about transcation ? 2. What does "llgwrites:Logical-log page wirtes" mean? Does it mean the total number that database lio VP writes the log buf in memory to log dbspcae in disks? Does "Page" mean the memory page size(2K,4K) or the log buf size in memory(normally it is 32K)? 3.What does "llgrecs:Logical-log records" mean? Can anyone help me ? I appreciate your help first. Number of disk pages (depending on your platform's Informix pagesize a page is either 2K or 4K) written to logical log files on disk. > 3.What does "llgrecs:Logical-log records" mean? Number of logical records written to the logical log files. Logical log records can be smaller or larger than the pagesize and in addition if UNBUFFERED logging is used the entire logical log buffer is written at once even if it is only partially filled whenever a transaction on such a database commits or rolls back. > Can anyone help me ?
