Someone else, too. I've thought about doing that here in our system. If a common function changes, it's just a matter of changing the function itself and moving the whole library into production. Of course, it would be hard to test any 'number of parameters' changes. I did some testing about a year and a half ago. I played around with it, and it seemed to work pretty well. Just never had the chance to follow through on it.
