Hi, Any body know what was the problem? System and network was fine. The problem only last for 10 minutes. Thanks to anybody help me. I think OSErr 24 is Too many open files. I would check the ulimit that is set in your environment. I don't know whether it would help. Yes, you must have your sysprocplan system table or the sysprocedures table being locked by another process. Run update stats for procedure, if possible daily. Hope this help.
