We are using informix IDS 12.1 with an HDR in near_sync mode. Some applications read data from hdr. We found that uncommitted data is also read n hdr that some times rollaback and information delivered at that instance does not recoincile. One solution might be keep the hdr in full_sync mode. But we are unaware of potential performance issues of setting hdr in full_sync mode. Please guide if there is a way to read only ccommitted data on hdr.
