error -391 "Cannot insert a null into column

IDS Version 11.70.FC2 Solaris 10 When replicating a TEXT field with a "not null" constraint the transaction aborts with the following error message: "error -391 "Cannot insert a null into column" This has been reported in APAR IC52840 and was said to not re-apear in IDS 10.00.FC6 but now in IDS 11.70.FC2 and IDS 11.70.FC5 this problem is back. I have tried to log a services request with IBM but no matter what I do I get one error page after the other. Does anyone now if this problem was fixed at all ? If any of the IBM tech support sees this please respond and help me to log a services request for this.
