informixhq agent start problem

Hi, Concerning openadmintool is dead I try to install the new project informixhq [https://informix.github.io/informixhq-server/] The server started and is working but the agent is returning error referring that something is missing: INFO com.informix.hq.agent.WebSocketManager - Attempting to connect to server at ws://srvinfx12:1526/ws/ Can give me some help, please? can you share your agent configuration file

Here the informixhq-agent is trying to create a web socket to the informixhq-server. This is configured via the server.host and server.port parameters. This should be straightforward and will work if the informixhq-server is listening on this port, which it will be if it is running and parameter httpPort or httpsPort is set to 1526. I suspect you may have misconfigured the agent by mixing up the parameters - apologies if not - and you creating a web socket (ws) to your Informix instance and not your informixhq-server. The agent needs three connections (Informix instance to be monitored, Informix metrics repository and informixhq-server) and there are separate parameters for each. If this isn't the case I'd check network connectivity by trying to open a socket yourself from the machine on which the agent is running using "telnet", "curl" or similar. HTH Ben.
