Informix 12.10, Windows 2016 updated now Error db_locale

Hi, we use many Informix Server 12.10 on WIndows Server 2016. Last weekend we updated the Windows OS, since then we get random Errors that the db_locale doesn't match. We can fire 10 times an SQL in the SQL-Editor and 8 times ok, 2 Times we get this error, sometimes we also get an error, that the User is not correct, by now only random and we can't define what is the causer. Anyone who has the same problem and solved it? We have in setnet and registry in Client an d Server Locale on each Server and PC: de_DE.1252@dude It would be great if someone can help us.....
