tunear un insert

hola tengo un insert que me esta demorando demasiado, es posible tunerarlo. El insert es del into insert into tabla(campo1, cmpo2) values (val1, val2)...., me sale que tiene un costo de 64234
El problema puede ser algun trigger que se active al realizar la inserción de datos. There's not much you can do to tune a simple INSERT statement. If the row being inserted is very large you can try increasing the size of the communications buffer using the FET_BUF_SIZE environment variable (range 4096 (default) - 32767). If there are many rows that you are inserting, increase FET_BUF_SIZE and use an INSERT or PUT CURSOR, that will make a huge difference. If you have the data on disk, you can try using the HPLOADER.
