JSON via REST on Windows

Hi, in version 12.10 (Innovator-C) is included service for using JSON with Informix IDS. On Windows platform is contained in service name "ol_informix1210_json" and is represented by jsonls.exe process. But when is added configuration parameter "listener.type=rest" into etc/jsonListener.cfg, this service cannot be started. If there is some log I do not know where. On web I found that log will be in ixjson home directory - there is nothing. Does exist some way how to use it with REST functionality? Some config file, documentation, parameters? Adding "-help" or "-?" or "/h" does nothing, documentation does not help too. I know, that I can use java command from command line (and it is working fine), but I want to use it as service and ideally with already included design. Thank you, Leos
