Connecting to Websites

Thank you larry for your timely help. I'm using newera (v 2.12) for our database application development. I'm trying to open netscape navigator browser and go to a particular website. I could open the browser and go to a Particular website with the statement RUN "c:\\\\progra~1\\\\netscape\\\\navigator\\\\program\\\\netscape.exe "||Sel clipped on my client machine which runs on windows95.But when i try to run the application executable on a machine which runs on windows NT3.51,it is not opening the browser. What am i missing here? Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
