Mike, I can't give you a definitive answer on your question about building a bundle. Please check this with IBM sales. I believe you can't, but I don't seem to find this specified in the public documentation. Regarding PHP, that is simply not true. Just think about OAT. Now, I'm not saying you didn't face problems, or that there are no problems, but OAT clearly shows it works :) If you have any problems we should try to understand them... Can you post your issues?
