Unload

When I try to unload a large amount of records to an ascii file I get a memory fault core dump. I'm running SCO Unix 5.05, SE run time v 7.23.uc13 and SQL V 7.20.ud7....The core dump happens at different point during the unload process on two different machines. On one it happens around 2000 records. On the other it happnes just under 7000 records...but it always happens at the same time on each respective machine. I have no idea what to do at this point. I have a total of about 29400 records to unload to this file.
