Equivalent of OAT for IDS 10 ?

Well, I'm sure this question has been asked many times, but couldn't find
much relevant on the list archive. Has anyone had experience, or know if,
an equivalent to OAT for IDS 10 engines? Short of forking out lots of $$$
for Sentinel or DB-Sonar and spending hours crawling through onstat outputs,
is there some friendly open-source basic GUI based performance monitoring
solution.
Thanks for any insight.
