There reason I heard for this was that if you dial 991 in America (for for emergency services) they log your call on an Informix system, otherwise you could imagine.... Yes sir, I realise you need an ambulance but I can't log you call I'm getting....Maximum number of licenses in use.....!! -- David Williams
