In order of my understanding :) STRMSGSZ - stream message size - limits the size of the message, so if you're using 4096 (default message size on SCO), you'll get an error (-25528) if you try to select a row >4096 bytes. You should increase this to at least 20000 (the max Informix will use; SCO max is 32767). NUMTIM/NUMTRW - some resource for TLI buffers (pretty vague, huh?). Increase these to 1000 (the maximum). NSTREAMS - number of streams (I think). Try increasing this, but I don't know from what to what (the ultimate in vague).
