Informix 4.13 with HP-UX 10.2

Trust but verify. We are finally upgrading from Informix 4.13 to 5.1, and the OS is upgrading from HP-UX 9.04 to 10.2. I have been told that this is binary incompatible, but would like to confirm this. Can anyone confirm this?
