AIX 6.1 IFX 12.10 xF4 Hi , Today my production run with v11.50 and I'm evaluating the migration to v12.10 . Considering migrate chunks from RAW to Cooked file (with direct_io+concurrent_io) my initial plan would be export/import the database and reorganize tables and chunks. ~ 1 TB of chunks Today I do not use the storage pool manager. With cooked file I consider use auto extendable chunks + storage pool. I do not figure out how configure the storage pool to work following the rule bellow : *) initial chunk size should be 1 GB *) they should extend up to 10 GB and then stop *) when reach close of 10 GB I would the storage pool to add a new chunk automatically (with 1GB + extendable). Is there someway without write my own schedule to monitor and do this job ? (I don't want to write my own storage pool manager...) At my tests setting the max size of storage reflect only to total space of DBSPACE , there's no way to et the max size for a extendable chunk. Thanks Cesar --90e6ba61465a0c5eb9051246271a
