Informix, Solaris and Threads

Hi. I'm using ESQLC with Informix 7.31 under Solaris 2.6. I need to have thread support, but ESQL says the environment variable THREADLIB should be set to "DCE", "POSIX", or "SOL". I can use POSIX or Solaris threads. Anyway, esql complains unless THREADLIB is set to DCE. How can I build ESQL programs with POSIX or Solaris threads? Thanks for any info Joe

Check the machine-specific notes files in $INFORMIXDIR/release/*/*/* (I can't remember the filename for ESQL 7.31 offhand) -- there should be some mention of what thread package(s) is/are supported by that port. -- Alan Denney yosemite at accesscom.com I killed Einstein. I had to -- he knew too much.
