Base oriented CRON

Hi, All! Sorry for may be stupid question, but in ORACLE i have DBMS_JOB package and can run stored procedures (jobs) dayly, weekly etc... Like CRON daemon in UNIX :) Is INFORMIX have this feature? Good Luck!

Well, we could argue that portability requires you to use cron and not the Oracle-specific way. In fact, I think I'm going to argue like that -- if portability is an issue, you use cron.
