Skills required for an ISell Allrounder

Hi, I've just started a business that will be doing some Informix ISell Sites. I want to hire 1 person initially to do EVERYTHING to create the sites besides the graphic design. Can some people who have experience with it please post what skill sets this allrounder would need. p.s. I understand it's a big ask of just one person, and will hire more people later, but am starting off small. * Sent from AltaVista http://www.altavista.com Where you can also find related Web Pages, Images, Audios, Videos, News, and Shopping.
