-4339 Error

I am getting a -4339 error "4GL has run out of data space memory". Informix recommends that the 4GL program be broken into smaller modules. Having done this I am still running into this message. The program seems to work just fine with a few thousand rows of data, but beyond a certain number things fall apart. I am using version 4.11.UC4 of 4GL running on SCO UNIX V3.2.4.2 Anyone have any ideas?
