Where could I get a good testing procedures ?

I got to read your reply . I am wondering if there are any specific test plans for a. Migration of Database Server from One Version to Other. b. Migration of both Database Server and OS. I am trying to come out with a standard test plan for my company. Any help/input/tips ?
