Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

I apologize if this question has been asked and answered previously (or
if this is simply a stupid question),
but a client is having major problems with their 7.12 Online installation
(it came with LiveWire)
and I'm mystified. They installed it under SunOS 4.1.3 on a Sparc 20
with no problems, but then
they upgraded the system to 2.5.1. Since then the daemon goes up for
around 11 minutes and then conks out with a
"Panic - Master Daemon died" sort of message. As a possibly related
problem, I'm getting "Network Down"
in onmonitor, but I'm thinking that's some sort of .rhosts/.netrc deal
(I've dealt with that before).
I've reconfigured the shared memory according to the specs and various
other suggested values to no avail...
I'm ready to give up. Anyone have any ideas? I would be appreciative to
no end.

ps. I should mention that it's using tlitcp as opposed to ipcshm.
