Physical log size

I'm getting the following warning in my message log:
09:26:56 WARNING! Physical Log size 2000 is too small. Physical Log overflows may occur during peak activity.
Recommended minimum Physical Log size is 20 times
maximum concurrent user threads.
My question is when they say 20 times maximum concurrent users, what units
are they using? I'm guessing pages, but I could be wrong.
Thanks for your time!

Just KB. If you have 50 uers configured the engine is recommending that
you have at least 1000K in the physical log. If 500 users then 10000K.
However, this is just a warning. If the engine has been running through
a few peak activity cycles check the log for peak times. Are the
checkpoints occurring on schedule (ie after CKPTINTVL seconds plus the
length of the prior checkpoint following the prior checkpoint) or are they
occurring early indicating that they are being forced by the physical log
filling to 75% between scheduled checkpoints? If the early than you need
to increase the size of the physical log by a factor of the scheduled
checkpoint interval divided by the actual interval.
