Informix NativeError : -930 ODBC issue

Does anyone know why the Windows Informix ODBC (3.80) driver tries to open the previous DSN on a second connection attempt after the first connection attempt fails with NativeError : -930 or -908? (Please see the 2nd 'zscoob.optx.com' in my output below...) I am trying to setup a list of DSN names that my asp Web application can use so that if the current connection fails, the application can try to connect to the next DSN, and so on.
