Database application developers for Massachusetts startup (KeyPeopleCompany)

My client is a young, well funded software startup that was formed to be the leader in the design and construction of large-scale data warehouse and database mining systems. They create integrated marketing decision support systems for Fortune 500 companies seeking to develop a comprehensive view of their customers. Their systems contain high data volumes (100's of gigabytes), use parallel processing, relational database technology, and open systems. Programmers are responsible for the design and development of applications that update and extract information from relational databases including design, development, testing, and integration with the database design. Candidates must have experience designing and developing database applications in C and C++ in a large scale UNIX environment (>10 GB). Experience with relational database design and sales and marketing systems in a consulting or systems integration environment a plus. Salary commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package.
