Problems printing to fax

We are having problems sending fax's direct from unidata. We have a fax package called MessageASAP and this installs itself as a printer on NT. We then print to this from NT and it works fine but when we try to print from Unidata nothing happens. Can anyone help glyn.hartshorne@goldenhill.co.uk

Your not using RAID5 ....... are you?
