New feature in dostats

Folks: Announcing the June 27, 2016 release of my utils2_ak package. There is a new feature not present in the April release: - Dostats has a new option, --small-tables-high that processes smaller tables using a single UPDATE STATISTICS HIGH command for all columns. For many smaller tables this can be a bit faster than the usual multiple LOW, MEDIUM, and HIGH command suite and produces better distributions. There is also a new option --small-tables-threshold=<num> to specify the maximum number of rows a table can contain and be considered a "small" table. The default is to only process empty tables this way if --small-tables-high is specified. You can also set the AUS threshold for small tables and enable that using the existing --AUS-THRESHOLDS option setting the AUS_SMALL_TABLES threshold record.
