This is a new feature where the corresponding internals in the engine is dynamically tuned instead. Is that the latest version? The "latest" version is so dependent on your platform that this is realy a question for your Informix sales contact, at least until the search facility on Informix TechInfo senter on the web is upgraded to function better - something they are working actively on. I don't remember for shure if this is the latest independent of platform. (My web access is down as I write this so I can't easily check - but you could yourself.)
