Dynamic 4GL - HTML Client - No such interface capability

I was installed INFORMIX DYNAMIC 4GL It work! I can run 4GL programs, D4GL programs, p-code, etc ... I was installed an http server (apache) in the same machine and I was installed the HTML CLIENT: - The HTML client to the Web server - The HTML server to the application server - The HTML documentation to the Web server - The example to either server (phonebook ...) I was configure the phonebook example an another example created for me but I get the next problem for both aplications: (debug=2) fglhtmld -f phone*conf [DBG-02].***** -> lSocket::~lSocket () [DBG-02].**** We now have 2 socket(s) working. [DBG-02].**** Socket was not closed before calling ~lSocket(). [DBG-02].***** <- lSocket::~lSocket () ERROR(-6321):No such interface capability: 'GuiSetEncoding'. I get the -6321 error: I can find a description and a solution for this error in the INFORMIX DYNAMIC 4GL User Guide, but not is my case because i never update the compiler and the permission of $FGLDIR files are the same ... If i remember correctly i had same error and i got solution from Informix Tech support as below.
