Did you issue the onmode -m? Was it in "Recovery" mode, or "Fast Recovery" ? Did you
do any onstat -u's or -l's and see if anything was happening? Perhaps it was trying
to rollback open transactions? Of course, 24 hours is an awfully long time to be
rolling back... It's possible you were hung in a long transaction rollback...
Hard to say at this point what happened, but it is not required to have a logical
restore after your physical restore, if you are doing a whole system restore.
