Client/Server setup

hi, I have to look for a solution for the following Problem. We have Informix (Version 4.0: Informix-SE, Informix-SQL, Informix-RDS/ID) for Unix and want to make use of a client/server Model. Informix-SE runs on Unix and our Cobol-Applications on DOS (perhaps Windows) and have access the Unix-Database. Which Software (which release) is needed ? 1: I think we must have Informix-Net (4.1 ) or DB-Netserver 4.0 on the Serverside 2: The PC must run Informix-Net (4.1) for Dos and PC-NFS 3: The applications have to be created with ESQL/Cobol 4.0 (4.1 ?) for Dos Is this correct ? Are there any other solutions ? i.e. using RDS/4GL with Cobol and use 4GL/GX for Dos ? Any suggestions on this are welcome !
