Application hangs on display to row in input array

Hello All, I have an Informix 4GL application that has run fine on HP, Sun, IBM RS, and SCO Unix machines. I have run it on serveral versions of Informix 4GL/RDS from 4.0 to 4.1, and Online and SE versions 4.0 to 5.0. I am porting it to a Sequent running compiled Informix 4GL 4.10.UC2. It compiles fine, however, when the application is run it hangs in an input array. The function works something like this: input array after row if row changed call update_function() ... ... function update_function() update data display something to current row on input array APPLICATION HANGS AT THIS POINT I suspect the "display to current row of the input array" is where the problem is. Any ideas would be very helpful.
