You will have to unload the table in sections by hand:-
unload to "<table>1.unl"
select * from <table> where <primary_key> <= <value>
unload to "<table>2.unl"
select * from <table> where <primary_key> > <value>
then
load from "<table>1.unl" insert into <table>
load from "<table>2.unl" insert into <table>
