All we need now is some input on which of these two options people prefer and to find a time to meet. I will go anywhere at any time as long as it's after the conference has finished in the evening and it doesn't collide with other significant activities. The first evening (thuseday) should be fine although someone should check if something else is on then. Of course people coming in early might want to meet on monday or even sunday as well.
